2. Description of Service

Voding.ai provides AI-powered creative tools for generating text, images, and audio content. Users purchase credits to access these tools on a pay-as-you-go basis.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Purchasing Credits

  • Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when you use tools
  • Credit prices are displayed at the time of purchase
  • All purchases are processed securely through Stripe

Refund Policy

  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Unused credits do not expire
  • If a tool fails to generate content due to a technical error on our end, credits will be refunded to your account

Free Credits

New accounts receive complimentary credits to try our Service. These credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
  • Produce spam, malware, or phishing materials
  • Impersonate others or create deceptive content
  • Circumvent usage limits or abuse the platform
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide. Subject to compliance with these Terms, you own the content generated through our Service for your personal or commercial use.

Limitations

  • Generated content may be similar to content created by other users
  • We do not guarantee exclusivity of generated content
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws

License to Us

By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI tools is created algorithmically and may:

  • Contain inaccuracies or errors
  • Not meet your specific expectations
  • Require review and editing before use

You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.

8. Intellectual Property

The Voding.ai name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are owned by CortexAgent LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORTEXAGENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR CREDITS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CortexAgent LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
